01Services

Three things I build for your business

Your existing tools stay. The routine runs in the background; you check and approve.

E-invoicing and receipts

Incoming receipts are read and filed, outgoing invoices are XRechnung- and ZUGFeRD-ready, delivery notes are checked against orders and prices. Since 2025, every business in Germany must be able to receive e-invoices. From 1 January 2027, businesses with more than €800,000 prior-year turnover must issue them; from 2028, all businesses for invoices to other businesses. Exempt are invoices to private customers, small-amount invoices up to €250 gross and small businesses under the German small-business VAT rule.

Result: receipts in minutes instead of hours, discrepancies visible before you pay.

Documentation from the job site

A voice note and photos from the site or the customer become a site diary, service report or inspection record — as a PDF in your company layout, filed per job. Operating instructions and safety-briefing registers come out of the same process.

Intended for businesses that have a lot to record on site: surveyors, inspectors, maintenance and service companies.

Result: no catching up in the evening — the paperwork is done when the van is parked.

Your own software instead of subscriptions and legacy systems

The spreadsheet that grew over the years, the inventory system from 2006, the subscription you use a tenth of — I rebuild what you actually need. The software belongs to you, with source code, without ongoing licence fees.

Result: one system everyone in the business can use, and no more licence bills.

For these three clearly defined processes you do not need a business analysis. The price is fixed. In the scoping session we check whether your process fits the building block.

  • Incoming e-invoices (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD) are shown in readable form and filed per supplier.
  • Outgoing invoices are created from the data you already enter today – as XRechnung or ZUGFeRD in a profile that counts as an e-invoice (at least BASIC or EN 16931).
  • Format check before sending.
  • Handover with a checklist.

If standard software for around €15 a month is enough for your business, I will tell you so in the initial call.

How you can measure me: every analysis report contains a section called “not worth it”. If automation makes no sense for your business, the report says so — and the €2,400 have prevented a more expensive wrong decision.

What you rightly ask

Who is responsible?

I am. Nothing goes live for you that has not been checked. Professional liability insurance for IT services has been applied for. At every handover you receive an acceptance list: each agreed requirement, how it was checked, and the result. What you can try out yourself is listed too.

Do I become dependent on one person?

No. The software belongs to you — with source code and documentation, on servers in the EU or your own hardware. Any experienced developer can take over the project.

Isn't Copilot or ChatGPT enough?

For emails and texts, often yes. Not for drill cores, job sites, delivery notes or the inventory system from 2006 — and not if your data should stay on your server rather than with the provider.

We don't know each other.

You don't need to beforehand. You can try the calculator above right away, the entry point is a scoping session or an analysis, both at a fixed price, and you can stop after any building block.

What I don't do

No legal or tax advice. No fixed price for larger projects before I have seen your documents. No project where, after the analysis, I am not sure it will work — in that case the report says “not worth it”.

Data protection

What I run for you runs on servers in the EU (Hetzner, data centre in Helsinki, Finland) or on your own hardware. Which data goes where is set out in the data-flow overview before the project starts – for the job report from a voice note, this includes where the speech recognition runs. Where your customers interact with AI, this is labelled as the EU AI Act requires. Before the project starts, you receive for your project, checkable by your data protection officer:

  • Data-flow overview — which data goes where, and which doesn't, with every service involved
  • Data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) and record of processing activities
  • Technical safeguards and a deletion concept with deadlines

About me

I am a tradesman, not a salesman. No suit, no sales show — I come from practice and explain everything without jargon. One-person business, one point of contact. If something doesn't pay off for your business, I will tell you — even if I earn nothing from it.

Pro bono

Each year I build one or two small automations free of charge for non-profit organisations in the region — animal welfare, children's and youth work, social services. A tax-exemption notice is required; one place is currently available. Get in touch — two sentences are enough.
